Long time FNM fan here. Angel and TRT are my favorites but I can't stop listening to this beast of a record! It's at times different but experimental yet so fnmesque! Black Friday is the best example of this, can't get it out of my head. Matador is a monster and SSU is a hit single in waiting. Other songs of note are the Cone of shame and anxiety double! Especially Seperation Anxiety, that is up there within the best this band has produced. Don't know what else I can say, but that I'm pleasantly surprised that these bastards have come back in to my life after all the years! Welcome.
This album is awesome.
Cone of Shame separation anxiety and sunny side up the favs at this stage.

To coincide in with the release of Faith No More’s first studio album in almost 20 years, two of their classic LPs are to get the deluxe reissue treatment next month.
FNM’s third album The Real Thing (1989) and its 1992 follow-up Angel Dust will be reissued on June 5 on CD and 180 gm vinyl as double disc sets. As well as the original album, the reissues will include a second disc of rarities relating to each record.

Most of you have probably heard news about upcoming Angel Dust and Real Thing reissues, and the latest statements seem imply that these are band sponsored releases. In fact, they are Warners/Rhino re-issues (who still own the license to them). This is not to say that they are not worth getting...it's just that they are not coming from us. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

That's a tad disappointing, but I'll probably still pick them up

FNM Followers emailed RHINO about the reissues and got a response saying that the albums were remastered at Abbey Road Studios. So at least there's that.
German radio station RBB had a Faith No More Sol Invictus preview show a few days ago. Here's a stream you can listen to or download:
Songs appear in this order: Cone of Shame, Motherfucker, Matador, and Superhero.
If you've only listened to the leak, here's a chance to hear the final album versions.
IMO, Motherfucker sounds better than the single version. The album version is apparently the same as the downloadable one people received when purchasing the vinyl.

Just listened to the record in full again and it's gonna sound ridiculous but after Angel Dust, this is my next favorite. Can't find a song to skip except maybe Superhero and that's only because I've heard it in single format for a few months!
