They're actually interviewing people to get in now?
Jesus fucking christ!
Who do these assholes think they are? And why do you guys even bother?
You'll be in there for a week and they will ban you for using an astorice in a song title instead of a tilda.
Do you know of an alternative? The most annoying part is the queue and being available when it's your turn for the interview. If you're not there when it's your turn, you get booted. That's why I keep asking RM for an invite. I got my invites to Oink and What from RM.

Whatever happened to asking a friend for a copy of something?
Or renting an album from the library and ripping it?
Jesus H, you guys are like the people who won't get off their fat ass to change the TV channel when the batteries in their clicker dies.
I have a handful of CDs out from the library right now, but as I'm sure you're aware, their collection pales in comparison to what What.cd had. Most of my friends IRL don't have similar tastes in music.

in a digital world, this was the digital solution. when its 11pm and i get some time to myself to uncompress and search for new music, oink/what were a godsend. there is no alternative to a digital library like that.

These sites have nothing to do with being "a digital solution for a digital world" and everything to do with being a free solution for people who believe they're entitled to having everything they want when they want at no cost. I'm not saying I've never downloaded music before but at least call this what it is -- if you want "a digital solution," you can buy a CD or FLAC or mp3 from Amazon or direct from the artist.

Hey, What is any of that and how do I get my dad his two stupid songs.
lol
I did a quick search, skitch, and cross-referenced Discogs. It doesn't look like those have ever been released digitally (only on 7'' singles), and while there are a lot of vinyl rips on torrent sites, none of the ones I'm at have them.

Goddamn it. I found a torrent, but it has had no one on it for like the 10 days since I found it. It just sits there mocking me with its 0.0%
