Its plastic surgery, her lips are like that for about 10 years. The blood...dunno. They said someone hit her, but i dont know.

I know there are some pumpkin fans here. What is the consensus all killer no filler Mellon Collie mix? I was shuffling it on Spotify today and there is certainly some crap scattered amongst the gems.
