So yesterday I was listening to the first Foo Fighters album. I only like the odd song from that bands discography but I love that first record. I always thought Alone+Easy Target had more than a passing resemblance to Serve The Servants. I assumed Dave borrowed from Kurt. However last night I was browsing wiki will listening and ran across this.

So did Kurt actually borrow from Dave or am I the only one that thinks they sound the same?

That first album is my hands down favorite thing the Foos have ever done...

[and side note: have you heard the Pocketwatch demos album he did before that? Very similar and really awesome]

...but no, I dont think those two songs are especially similar.
