This is an awesome collection. It’s 15 discs worth of ephemera. Each disc is a single track. Best way to listen is to scroll through with the live GSheet as your guide.
Some of it isn’t even their music. They would just include other bits of inspirational music (like James Bond score) as a point of creative reference.
Best things I’ve heard so far:
Acoustic Airbag (sounds like Fake Plastic Trees)
30 second acoustic demo that ultimately became Little By Little
Big, radio single version of Lift. Funny that they opted to scrap this version, sounds like a pretty obvious hit.
From what i read, Lift is the star of this set. It's funny that it was held back because the band did not want another Creep level hit. Is there actually truth to that claim?

I can't speak to that claim, but it sounds like a shoe-in to be a fan favorite. I don't know it would have quite the crossover appeal that Creep had; it's still a fairly dense song, doesn't have the obvious hook that Creep did. But this version is very emotional and grandiose, lots of strings. Sounds like all the Coldplay and Verve stuff that was popular around that time.

Do you think someone is going to break it all apart, or make a .cue for the discs?

I love OK Computer but I’m not listening to 18 hours of demos from it. That’s just ridiculous.
A lot of it is bunk. There are incomplete/cut version of songs, odd blank spaces in the middle of songs, ambient field recordings of cows shitting...things like that.
But there are also a lot of demos, work in progress takes and mixes, and a full disc of soundboard live tracks (mostly early versions). There is enough really good stuff here to at least fill two or three discs, maybe.

I'm sure someone will make a great comp of worthwhile stuff out of this. For now, I'm actually quite happy with the format. We've been spoon-fed our music ever since Spotify took over that for the first time in years, I felt some sort of small reward for diving deep into some mysterious recordings with a bunch of fan-made notes by my side.
And I agree, 2-3 discs worth of keeper material here for sure. Or you could maybe make one REALLY strong album, like an alt version of OKC (I'd have to double check to see if all songs are included in different version, but most likely it could be done).
