pretty underwhelmed by these radiohead outtakes. If You Say the Word still rules, and Follow Me Around is fine enough. The only other one I think is really great is this new version of Fog. Everything else is just a slightly different version of stuff we’ve already heard. Several of them are just backing tracks that wound up elsewhere on the albums.

I'm not sure if there's an album's worth of album-level Bends B-sides, but this would be a hell of an EP:
Maquiladora India Rubber Bishop's Robes Talk Show Host Molasses
I think some (all?) of these technically post-date the Bends sessions and as such fit somewhere between The Bends and OKC, but as many (all?) of them were B-sides to Bends singles, I say they're fair game.

I recall seeing some review of Lost Dogs that compared the quality of the material to most band’s greatest hits albums. I think you can say the same thing about b-sides from The Bends and OKC.

I actually prefer a lot of the Bends B-sides to the album itself, which has never been my favorite -- there's something about the combination of the traditional guitar rock sound and Thom's falsetto, which is less disciplined early on than it would later become, that just feels harsh and grating to my ears. But these songs that exist somewhat on the periphery of that album's sound palette really work for me (the B-sides that feel more in line with the album's general language, i.e. the stuff on the "My Iron Lung" EP, I find less enjoyable).
Between the "Airbag" EP and the late-era Bends B-sides, there is probably an album-worthy collection of tunes for sure.
