I need more listens but on first listen Read the Room, Under Our Pillows, Bending Hectic and that last song were what grabbed me.

Im enjoying Friend Of a Friend a lot.

also, i really like what the drummer brings, the minimalistic jazzy approach to these songs. There a very cool jazzy vibe to the album i really like.

When VG said it’s been almost a decade since AMSP I was like “no it hasn’t,” then I checked and holy shit. Eight years anyway, and given the focus on The Smile, I’d say it’ll be at least a decade between AMSP and any future Radiohead albums

i kinda feel Thom and Jonny are making music that could have been for RH and that might be because the band is no longer working as a unit.

Teleharmonic, Friend of a Friend, and I Quit were the standouts for me, but I really liked the whole thing.

I barely listened to the first one, but this feels more like a complete album.

Listened to the album all the way through twice in a row last night. I'm a fan. Wife likes it too. This is better than a lot of Radiohead albums, in my opinion.

I also love that Friend of a Friend video.

i think that this album is light years ahead of ALFAA. it's still not Radiohead level, but it's very good.

"Teleharmonic" is indeed a highlight, but "Under Our Pillows" is whooping my ass the hardest right now. Unreal.

I love "In Rainbows" but not much after that one. I love it deeply though.
With that in mind I was just recommended season 11 of the Dissect Podcast which is a deep deep dive into In Rainbows.
I'm only 1 episode in and I'm already hooked.
