The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

i have this download. but can anyone tell me where the new version of lift is located? which disc and at what time would i find it?
thanks to all.
Around the 10 minute mark on Disc 15. Another one on Disc 16 but i don't remember where exactly. Here are the fan notes. It's actually an interesting read in its own right if you're in the bathroom or trying to get to sleep.
The notes for the first 30 minutes of Disc 13, for instance, are just interesting to me the same way finding a scrap of paper with some obscure notations on the ground would be.

wait isn't Molasses an outtake from The Bends?
It's from the first OK Computer session along with Talk Show Host, Bishops Robes, No Surprises and Lucky.
Sounds like you and Ridley are framing the same sessions differently. I'm leaning towards Ridley's view because he's right that Molasses was included on one of The Bends EPs (Street Spirit maybe?).
Not trying to be a dick about it, just trying to be specific in identifying the official OKC era.
I don't consider them to be Bends-era tracks but an argument could be made that they aren't OKC tracks either. Three tracks were released as late Bends-era b-sides, one made OK Computer and another was intended for a compilation but also made it to OK Computer. I'm leaning towards the start of OK Computer. But it doesn't matter.

For some reason the .cue files are laughing at me. I tried editing them and comparing them to other .cue files and they look right, they just don't want to load correctly. Maybe it's foobar? I'll try something else.

Been digging a little deeper into this over the last hour or so. Disc 13 is mostly found sound and TV chatter, but if you’re like me and have the patience for it, it’s a fun ride on its own. Every now and then, some nice guitar noodling pushes through the drone and colors everything. At around the 43 minute mark, there’s a stereo Phil drum solo that I’d recommend listening to on headphones. Then more TV stuff. And city sounds.

Yeah the more random parts of this are super fun. Reminds me sort of the first Self Pollution broadcast.

Radiohead made a statement on Instagram today. They are offering copies of the leak on bandcamp in exchange for an £18 donation to a charity called Extinction Rebellion.

Ok, so swap out Molasses for Man Of War. Call it OKYESOK!

Amazon tells me this is 50 minutes long. I thing it might rule. I'll listen on my drive tomorrow and report back. Will have to work with the full Polyethylene and the OKNOTOK version of Lift for now, but that's fine.
So this is an awesome collection. I might throw in Subterranean Homesick Alien and tweak the sequencing a bit, but it really does play like a happier version of OKC.

I really enjoyed the cassette that was released with OKNOTOK. Sounds like that was more of a curated version of what's come out, and I'm not sure I want to comb through 18 hours of that sort of thing without any context...as Thom said it's probably "not v interesting."
