Well, it's always been my favorite. But I think it's special to me because it's the first Radiohead song I ever heard, it's the song that got me into the band, and it's the first song I ever heard them play live.
How do you guys rate The Bends? There are times I'd even say it's my favorite of all their albums, but if you made me rank it I'd probably put it at #3 or #4.

My wife and I were talking about The Bends after the Seattle gig. It's funny -- If some unknown band were to drop that very album today, I'd still think it was one of the most forward-looking takes on the traditional rock sound I've ever heard. I adore the album, though I can't say I reach for it as often as I used to.
I'd rank 'em thusly:
In Rainbows Amnesiac The Bends Kid A Ok Computer KoL A Moon Shaped Pool Hail to the Thief Pablo Honey

OK Computer Kid A A Moon-Shaped Pool The Bends In Rainbows Hail to the Thief The King of Limbs Amnesiac Pablo Honey
But really, other than 1-2 and 9, they all trade places on a regular basis. My only problem with Amnesiac, as much as I love it, is that I wish they would included 3-4 of the B-sides and dropped a few of the album cuts. I think "Cuttooth", "Fog", "The Amazing Sounds of Orgy" and "Worrywort" all belonged. But the highs on Amnesiac are really, really high.
I could see AMSP going as high a my #4 spot if I listened to it more.
I might even rank it above Kid A.
Real talk: the only reason I put it below Kid A on my rankings is because I didn't want to get any grief from anyone here and because I've listened to Kid A more times. But I actually do like AMSP more than Kid A.

Really isn't the genius of Radiohead the very fact that at least 6 of their 9 albums are somebody's favorite? Their weaker albums would be many other bands' best albums.
