Why is The amazing Sounds of Orgy listed as Amazing Sound (Of The Killing Hordes) on Kid A Mnesiac Exhibition?

Is it a different take/mix/version? Or a totally different song?

There's a few things on there I've not heard before. Thanks!

That run from I Might Be Wrong to In Limbo is amazing. The third verse of MPS is rough though.

My wife and I flew to Denver this past Friday to see The Smile on Saturday night. I've never seen Radiohead before, but my wife saw them during the Hail to the Thief Tour back in 2003. I'm holding out hope that I'll see RH one day.

Thom and Jonny's new band did not disappoint. Man, Jonny is an absolute marvel to watch. Just...WOW. They played five new songs, one of which--Bending Hectic--is so very good. The ending/outro of that one was a beast. They tended to jam out a few of the album cuts. It was all fantastic. I know some folks aren't as excited about this band, but they really bring it. Everything was tight. They've been playing together for almost 40 years so I didn't expect it to be sloppy.

Would see them again, 10/10.

I enjoyed reading this post.

I kind of avoided The Smile this year. All the ho-hum reactions on this board didn't really get me excited and when the singles came out I wasn't really in a Radiohead mood in general so I put off listening.

I've been jamming the live Montreaux album all week, having still not given the studio album a full listen. These live tracks are so good I don't even know if I need to go to the album proper at this point. I would definitely catch them if they come to town though.

i listened to a few of the songs from the live album, and they are not grabbing me. But it could be im not in a mood for a RH release. Maybe thats why the studio album also didnt clicked.

I will say the live album fails slightly with the fade outs on each track. I feel like as a rule, live albums should be mixed to flow from track to track.

I guess there's better jukebox/playlist value in isolating the songs, though.

isn't Fast-Track just an alternate version of pulk/pull revolving doors?

I was searching for Amnesiac discussion after listening to it a bunch in the last few days, and I stumbled upon this absolute howler.

My day is ruined.

As for the album, I think it has some incredible highs, but peters out considerably toward the end. It's too patchy to be rated above Kid A. Anyone who rates it above Kid A is lying to be different.

I actually put Amnesiac above Kid A, and it's not to be different, nor is it due to a superior intellect.

I just like it more. That's it.
