I really enjoyed the cassette that was released with OKNOTOK. Sounds like that was more of a curated version of what's come out, and I'm not sure I want to comb through 18 hours of that sort of thing without any context...as Thom said it's probably "not v interesting."
I'm sure I will be putting together a shrunken down version for dat ass.

For a lark I went looking for this, and the only place I could find it was on archive.org. Said "wav only" but the first link is flac so ok? Anyway I read the review and laughed at the purity of sound idiot but then had a bigger laugh at the response. What a douche canoe.

Great record. Early standouts are Traffic, Dawn Chorus (yowza), I Am A Very Rude Person, Not The News, and Runawayaway. Album builds on the vibe of Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes but feels way more fleshed out.

only 3 songs in and i'm fuckin' loving this. already digging it more than Eraser and TMB.
shoutout to the kids' "yeah!" sample from "15 Step" in "Twist"
Yeah I caught that too. Some of the exact same synth patches as past works too.
I love this record. Too soon to say if I like it more than Eraser -- I love how he treated guitars on that album -- but it's a big step forward from TMB, which was cool but also sort of a claustrophobic downer. There's a lot more going on in this one.

i'm right in the middle of this, and totally agree.
getting a nice King Of Limbs / Moon Shaped Pool / Tomorrow's Modern Boxes combo platter feeling on this. a lot of the subtleties and effects from KoL, the orchestral structures from AMSP, the further blippity-bloops and deconstruction of past solo albums. it's nice.
