I got a copy of the "Inni" DVD with the vinyl, but I've never actually sat down to watch it (nor have I see their other concert movie). I'm seeing them in March for the first time; do either of the DVDs represent what their show is like these days at all? I'd like a primer!

Same here. The Inni concert thing mainly represents how they were on the previous album tour. A bit more enthousiastic, a bit more open, ... I've seen them in August and it was more introvert, more atmospheric again, more () & Agaetis Byrjun. Loved it. You'll have a great time I'm sure.
I'm actually doubting. I'm going to Brussels and I bought tickets straight away for the gig in February. The Belgian gig and I'm from Belgium. But now they're playing a venue northern France which is only like 15min from my home, two days after Brussels. I've never really considered Sigur Rós as a band to see multiple times on the same tour. Should I?

I saw them twice this tour just gone. The sets were almost the same but each had a totally different atmosphere: the Maribor show was in a cute little square and the lighting effects would slide over all the buildings, pretty spectacular, especially when a thunder storm started right at the end of the concert. Then, for the Krakow show, my brother and I shouted our friend from Poland who had never seen Sigur Ros. Her reaction to the kick in I Gær was worth the price of admission. Besides, the concert was in a factory with chains and pipes and stuff everywhere, gave a totally different vibe to the show.
My brother went back to Australia before me and saw them a 3rd time.

My 4-year-old son begs for Hoppipola from Takk everytime we get into the car. My 2-year-old daughter then starts crying, because she wants Animal Arithmatic (Jonsi) instead.

YES! I haven't seen them since 2007, and even if they did the same set every time I saw them, it would be more than satisfying. Their show was unlike any other I've been to.

It was a long time coming. He didn't tour with them last year either. He apparently was tired of touring bc it didn't allow him time to make more music. From what I've read, he wants to focus on movie scores and classical composing

New album is more "aggressive."
Also:
Q: "I've seen you twice this summer and I was a little sad that Valtari was not really present in the pacing of the show. Can we expect more songs of Valtari for the 2013 tour?!"

A: "It´s almost impossible to re-create live most of those songs. But there will be more new songs surfacing this year."
Well fuck it. New album snippet on FB but I can't share it here...
