Somehow only just added Nevermind to my collection today. I have had 2 copies of In Utero for years, but never pulled the trigger on this for some reason.
Only nirvana i have is MTV unplugged and ive listened to it once.
I dont have a good reason for that other than ive been collecting records for 8 years now and its hard to listen to all of them on a regular basis.

Yeah I was thinking about picking up that Horse Stories reissue… but I’m taking a more conservative approach to my collecting this year, saving instead for new audio gear. I did preorder PJ Harvey’s Let England Shake yesterday, so that’s probably it for a month or so.

About a year ago I got 3 LPs in a box from Amazon with no padding or bubble wrap or anything--just three LPs sliding around in a box. I thought that was the worst it could get, but today I got an LP from Amazon that was literally just in a plastic bag. Appears to be ok, maybe a few dings on the corners. But come on.

I just got one today that was in a vinyl mailer and then that was stuck inside a bigger box. Why does Amazon hate the earth so much?

Prince's The Gold Experience is the one I want the most. It's been almost impossible to find since the legal dispute of Most Beautiful Girl In The World. My guess is that Prince's estate caved into the demands that Prince would not.

Forgot I ordered this. Frightened Rabbit issued a repress of possibly my fave album of all time, The Midnight Organ Fight. Found on my doorstep today. What a happy Friday it's been.
