"Cruel" has been part of my regular rotation for a few weeks, but I've been a little obsessed with her since the SNL performance. What's the chance that her free show in August in Brooklyn will be manageable and not crowded to death?
I've listened to a few of her studio tracks and I like 'em fine enough, I suppose. But her live stuff is on a totally different level. She's unstoppable live. Just unreal. Kinda can't wait for a live album.

I just saw her open for QOTSA last night. I have to say I was really impressed. I need to stop fucking around and finally start exploring her albums....
Can somebody recommend like a top 5 to 10 tracks to check out by St. Vincent? I've heard Cruel and Bring me Your Loves (obviously). I've also casually listened to a few others, but I can't recall titles right now.
Anybody got a "must listen" they wanna throw my way?

This thread pleases me...
She is so great live, whether solo with a stomp box, or with band. First time I saw her, she was the guitarist for the Polyphonic Spree, then saw her open solo for The National!!! Have seen her open for Flaming Lips with full band and a headlining club show. Annie Clark is an unbelievable talent!
Anyone see or comment on her performance with Nirvana?
