And just yesterday I was thinking we need an Oasis/Gallagher Brothers thread that covers all three projects.
Looks like a new record's on the way. There are links up that allow people to unlock new sounds. A few months back a handful of new demos/rehearsals from Noel leaked, most likely outtakes from the first HFB album, and then a couple weeks ago he got onstage with Damon and Graham for the Teenage Cancer Trust show to perform as Blurasis.

Liam almost died from eating an M&M.
"I've done some stuff over the years but never, never did I think a fucking blue M&M would be the thing that could have killed me. I was in a hotel on holiday and got in about the mini bar. I was bored and hungry, so it's what you do, man. I've always liked M&Ms so I got into them. I had a blue one. My mouth started to swell up and I could feel it tightening my throat, man. I had to go to the docs and get it checked out straight away. It happened again a couple of weeks after and now I've got to carry a syringe about with me in case of emergencies. Proper Pete Doherty gear."

BE is streaming apparently outside of the US.
And Liam got drunk in a pub and tried to ride a dog.
"That's what rock stars do. I haven't got a motorbike licence, so a dog it is! I don't care, mate, I really don't care. I don't want to be took as a 'serious musician' either. I find that a fucking insult, an' all. It's boring and not colourful. I'll leave that to some other cunt."

I was listening to the Super Audio CD tracks from (WTS)MG, pretty much just the guitars, straight through the other day; always a good time. The guitars aren't split as cleanly as the bass but there is quite often a lot of layering going on... not like BHN though that's for sure.

I've come around on it after a few listens. FOTF, Second Bite, Soon Come Tomorrow, Iz Rite, Ballroom Figured, Start Anew, and Off At The Next Exit are kinda OK, but as Robbie Williams just lashed out at Liam, he doesn't have the ability to write a really great chorus. That was all Noel and ripping off their influences. And the lyrics are shit, but that was expected. My favorite aspect of it is Sitek's production and the more bare-bones acoustic feel on most songs.
But hey, they've been playing Oasis songs live, so... yeah. I don't know why he just didn't carry on under the name Oasis and continue to play those songs, maybe dig out some of the deeper cuts that weren't hits, only hidden gems. Starting a "new" band and writing your own half-assed songs is more rooted in ego than it is in logic.

I finally picked up BE yesterday. It's okay. Better than the first. It's still lacking that bit of something to make me really connect with it. I like the English psych and spacey vibes though. Not a lot of songs but it does have some nice moods. The lyrics are still really ordinary though. It wouldn't kill Liam to read a few books that aren't just Beatles or Oasis lyric books. My fav tune is Second Bite.

Unfortunately I believe those are just a bunch of random tracks from recent soundchecks and even some SOTSOG material.
I popped on a Noel only b-side compilation today and happened to realize that his released output from Heathen Chemistry can produce a nice ten track piece. Still want to find a track order that's somewhat cohesive and taking some liberties on inclusions:
(You've Got) The Heart Of A Star Force Of Nature Hindu Times (demo) Idler's Dream Just Getting Older Little By Little She Is Love Shout It Out Loud Stop Crying Your Heart Out (demo) The Cage (instrumental)
