See that's the kind of stuff I fucking love. I want to delve deeper into the genre, but don't know where to start. Help me, r2d, you're my only hope. |

It's a discomforting album. That Rodan record is awesome too. And i'll go to my grave arguing that Slint are overrated. |

I've explored a little bit more recently and have had some real hit or miss experiences with post rock. I've listened to Pullman for years, before I knew what the genre was, if that helps |

Just discovered this band a couple of weeks ago. They may be up your alley. Also, if you like a bit of singing Oh Hiroshima's EP from a few years ago was outstanding. |

I feel like this could be the best post-rock album of the year so far. They are coming to PHX at the end of the month. It's like a 50-seat club. |

I've mentioned it before, but my Dad was cremated to a song from that "We Lost the Sea" album. It's a great one. I love the way they used Reagan's speech after the Challenger disaster at the very end of Part 2 of that song. |

Yeah, the first time I heard the album was the first time I'd heard that speech in years. I actually blubbered for a couple of minutes. |

New Zealand's best (and only?) post rock band. Pretty cool album from '06. |
