Following on from their much-loved comeback LP 'The Universal Want' in 2020, Doves have now announced their plans for a new studio album, arriving early next year.
The new full-length 'Constellations For The Lonely' is being previewed by the lead single 'Renegade', which comes accompanied by a stunning Hingston Studio-directed video, and is set to be released on the 14th February via EMI North.
Speaking about the new offering, the band's Andy Williams said, “Looking at everyone’s lives over recent years, and considering the news at the moment, ‘Renegade’ feels a lot more loaded in retrospect. We wanted to go for a dystopian feel, thinking about Manchester itself over the next century or so. A totally imaginary thing… ‘Blade Runner’ set in our home city.”

When I saw Booker live in 2015 I never would have expected these sorts of sounds from him. Seems like a really interesting departure from his earlier work.
I lost track of Benjamin Booker after his second album. I had no qualms given I thought both of those albums were good. I just forgot about him. I will have to listen when the album drops.

I believe this is produced by Kenny Segal. He’s an awesome hip hop producer. Him and Benjamin teamed up with billy woods and his duo project Armand Hammer in the last year or two.
