i just know i'm going to love this one.

Looking forward to checking this one out. And also want to check out the new Tegan and Sara album to, based on Jorge's review there. They have been "artists in residence" (really more guest DJs) on the radio station I listen to for the last month and they've been pretty interesting.

Class McCombs has always kept a high standard. His latest maintains the tradition.

Unproud Warrior in particular is kicking my arse for some reason.

Hell yes, Higgs.

I haven't listened to Cass in ages, but he's excellent. From A to Humor Risk is such a great run.

The Lazy Eyes are an Aussie crew who sound like they listen to a bit of King Giz and perhaps some Tame Impala etc. They've just released their debut album, Songbook.

This is the killer lead single Fuzz Jam. Love that bass.

New to me but that doesn't mean a lot. Album is freshly minted though.

Oh wait - no, it was released in April. I'm just late to the party is all.

I somehow added that song to my 2022 Spotify playlist back at the first of May. Am I an honorary Aussie now??

He's got exactly one month to scout the next big indie Aussie band, or he's toast.
