He really was a good guy. Could certainly have made it bigger with some luck, and the right drive.

One far away cold comfort in this is people that jumped to a conclusion of suicide or drug related reasons as cause of death, can step that thought down.

He died in his sleep from some health issues. No scandal or salacious headline nonsense.
And no bike accident. (Wtf was that?).

It’ll always baffle me that truly gifted people in any craft always seem to go and leave this world, yet we have a never ending parade of talentless devious people out to do harm that somehow survive and thrive. endless amounts of them.

Listening to Brad again because of this and it reminded me of a few things. Namely that I thought Shawn and Kevin Smith were brothers way back when I first heard the band. Also that Stone is doing some awesome work on the first album and I don't know where that guy is anymore. The bass lines in most of the songs are amazing as is the drumming. The first album is so good.

yeah Shame is great....Stone is so fucking good in all of them...he even played drums and bass in Best Friends?
