here's the setlist:
Code:
Pinion / The Eater of Dreams Wish Letting You Me, I'm Not Survivalism March of the Pigs Piggy Find My Way Sanctified (with Sunspots riff) Disappointed All Time Low (with Closer tease) Burn The Great Destroyer The Big Come Down Gave Up Hand Covers Bruise (Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross cover) Beside You in Time The Hand That Feeds Head Like a Hole Hurt
I gotta say, Find My Way was boring
Hand That Feeds -> Head Like a Hole was the best part of the show, so much energy
Wish, Piggy, Big Come Down and All Time Low were another highlights for me

I enjoyed reading RM’s discovery of this record. Seems like response to the first single was bad but people gradually warmed up from then on. And is Everything still that divisive? I quite like it.
I love this album but I do wish it were sequenced a bit differently.

So I got this on vinyl. Revelatory. Where the digital version is squashed flat, this one has so much more going on dynamically. Songs from from a subdued thud to a full-throated scream. Suddenly it’s much more of a rock record than I previously thought.
If you’re a fan and you have a decent setup, it’s not to be missed.

Listened to the album the other day and still enjoy it quite a bit.

Learned about this last week. Apparently lots of people aren't too impressed with the "audiophile" digital mastering -- they say it's still fairly squished.

I think it sounds great but what the fuck do I know.
