If Kanye isn’t a walking talking example of the American school system failing black children I don’t know what is. Also a damning indictment of everyone around him. He needs serious help and nobody seems to be intervening to provide it.
I also assumed Kanye meant the 13th Amendment thing to mean what Killer Mike was talking about.
Either way he's a joke at this point.
