I second the Anders thanks. I listened to Spoke for the first time and I'm going to go through the entire discography over the coming months. I loved Hot Rail in 2000, Even My Sure Things has great mometns, Feast Of Wire is also top notch. I have dipped my toe since then but not been too impressed.
I saw them in 2003 or 04 and for some reason it all felt too polished and clinical. I wanted something a bit more ramshackle. It was my problem though as they were spot on and professional, my expectations just weren't aligned.
