I'm (most likely) seeing these guys in a couple weeks. I'd only really given their first record attention until I saw they have a show in Denver coming up. There's a ton of stuff to like on their next three records. You can really feel Homme's influence on Humbug. I'm digging 'em.

Humbug is my favorite followed very closely by the first one. I understand why people were underwhelmed by Humbug since its not as fun as the first two but the songs are fantastic. The last one was good but a little light on great tunes. Love the way it sounded though. The bass sound was big.

They have a ton of awesome b-sides.

I concur, completely. You, sir, have your head on right.

Love this band. Just listened to live at glastonbury two times in a row last weekend. If recent songs like r u mine?, electricity, and evil twin are any indication of what their upcoming album will be like, i can hardly wait.

Piledtiver Waltz from Alex Turner's EP beats the pants off the Monkey's version.

Such a great band. They just keep on growing. Humbug is my fav aswell..excellent songwriting and even better lyrics.
That Alex Turner is one amazing lyricist.

Ill see them live in a couple of week, really looking forward to that. Hopefully, they will release their promised 'rock' record soon!

only like the Josh Homme produced album....saw them live twice though and they were fun.

Their cover of that Nick Cave song was pretty good too.

Sexy! Sounds like a great album opener. The setlist is nice too, but why don't these fuckers ever play Mardy Bum?

Sounds good. Had a slow morning at work so I just watched over an hour of AM youtube clips. Now that's a win.
