"Voodoo" is an unusual song, especially for a popular single. It's essentially all rhythm section, and it's guided pretty much entirely by the vocal melody. I'll vote for that one. Papa Roach is baaaaaaaaad
I can't believe these guys went through several drafts of a song that featured the line "don't give a fuck if I cut my arm bleeding" and thought it was good

They sound so stoked up and pumped to commit suicide.
"Chances are DYNAMITE! Mutilation OUT OF SIGHT! I'm contemplating SUICIDE!!!" *chugs a Monster, throws up the horns and does the ol' asphyx-wank*
I like the harmonies in "Voodoo" -- they're definitely taking the Staley/Cantrell baton and running with it here.
I liked that Papa Roach song at the time, in the way that teenagers like a lot of next-big-thing junk when they're oblivious to how ridiculous it will sound in ten years time. And man, does this ever sound ridiculous now. Waste of a pretty decent riff.
