I'm like Kevin Davis here, I thought I'd never heard that Disturbed song, then I played it and realized I had heard it many times, just wiped it from my memory. Well fucking thanks RM, now it is back.
Since I am now disturbed, my vote goes to Disturbed.
Slipknot is hilarious in this video. You can see how where the notion that some of their personnel are unnecessary comes from, as the guys on the extra drums and turntables are just thrusting about over top of their instruments rather than miming properly. I doubt their sound would be as dense with a smaller band, though. There's an interesting spastic quality to the song, and like LV pointed out, that guitar in the bridge is neat.
"Prayer" is another Disturbed song, and that's an immediate point against it. There's nothing really noteworthy about this one. The instrumentation is unremarkable and Draiman doesn't do anything unusual. Completely stale and safe, and thus not worth a vote at all.
