Ultraviolet, after that silly intro, is a good song, but nothing U2 couldn't do in their sleep. Running to Stand Still is a master class in understated power. Easy vote for me

I wasn't crazy about either of these.

Ultraviolet kind of has that "U2 sound" (stadium-ready 4/4 beat; Edge's rhythmic chiming guitars; Bono's emotive vocals) that I find so objectionable, but I think I still liked it marginally better than Running to Stand Still.

Both of these are dear to my heart and two of my favorite U2 songs. Ultraviolet in a super close call.
