Hi...Since nobody can help me with that Tom Cochrane "Life Is A Highway" question, maybe you can help me with this one.

In the Inner Circle song, "Girl I Want To Make You Sweat," when he sings:

Girl, I want to make you sweat, sweat till you can't sweat no more
And if you cry out, I'm gonna push it some more
Girl, I want to make you sweat, sweat till you can't sweat no more
And if you cry out, I'm gonna push it, push it, push it some more

Is he basically saying that he's going to continue to push himself deeper into her (like, making love), and if she cries he's going to keep going and not acquiesce?
It just seems like a really aggressive lyric for such a happy/chill song. How come people aren't questioning this when they hear it?

Looks like you guys are as stumped as I am having failed to have provided any insight into the Tom Cochrane AND Inner Circle lyric questions. I guess we'll chalk those up to never knowing really.

Maybe you guys can help me with this one from Mama Said Knock You Out

The maniac psycho
And when I pull out my jammy get ready
Cause I might go Blaw!
How you like me now?

Is LL referencing his dork when he says "Jammy?" I'm assuming so because earlier in this thread it came up, and that's what it seems like. But my other question is when he says: "Cause I might go Blaw!" Is he like, talking about how he's going to cum?

Thanks!

Ok, so I have another that maybe one of you could help me out with.

When Pauly Shore sings:

I'm a stony, crusty dude with a mop on top in Lisa Lisa (The One I Adore)

When he says "crusty" what does he mean by that? Thanks!

Hey all,

In Barry White's - "Can't Get Enough Of Your Love, Babe"

When he sings:

Girl, all I know is every time you're here
I feel the change
Somethin' moves
I scream your name
Look what you got me doin'

Is the "somethin" he's referring to, his big black dork?
Also, when he says "Look what you got me doin'" is he basically saying that he's so wrapped up into her bodacious body that he has to masturbate then and there? And he's calling her out on it? Basically, BLAMING her for having to hand himself off?

Thanks so much!

Post the rest of the lyrics. Perhaps that will provide more context.

It just goes right to the chorus:

Darling, I can't get enough of your love, babe
Girl, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know why
I can't get enough of your love, babe
Oh no, babe

In Springsteen's "Spirit In The Night"

When he sings:

By the time we made it up to Greasy Lake I had my head out the window and Janey's fingers were in the cake
I think I really dug her cause I was too loose to fake
I said, "I'm hurt." She said, "Honey let me heal it"

What is he referencing? It sounds to me like he's talking about his dork, but "IN" the cake kinda has me thinking it might be his asshole?

Can anyone please help? Thanks!

I think it’s saying she’s already “there” or “ready” before he is. To be caught with your fingers in the cake typically means you were caught doing something.
