I don't know if this is it, but I really like "The Predatory Wasp of the Palisades Is Out to Get Us!" That and the Gacey song are my favorites, I think.

I like the "state" albums, but back when they were new I had a lot more enthusiasm for their conceptual components and respective "lesser" tracks, where now I find myself skipping through a lot of the interludes and fluff to get to the better tracks.

No fluff at all on his new albums, just eleven gorgeous tracks. It's also his shortest album yet. (Still 43 minutes long)
