Wait no. I’ve had periodic flare ups with my back. Three or so weeks ago I played golf, and it really didn’t like that. I took some Aleve and it disappeared almost completely until the last few days.

I played golf with too short clubs and slept on a very hard bed for a week in Italy. A couple months later, my L4/L5 was so inflamed, it pinched my sciatic nerve, sending horrific pain and weakness to my left leg. Good luck.

this morning my stomach was upset, and i was certain i was going to vomit at my desk.

turns out it was the onions from last night. i'll never learn.

feeling better now, but i have to stay indoor lest this motherfucking oppressive heat melt me.
