The whole song is filled with references to progressive causes
Take the opening verse:
They call me woke Dev ("They" being a gender neutral pronoun, Dev supports people of all gender identities) Love to smoke dope Dev (Dev shows solidarity. The drug war has produced profoundly unequal outcomes across racial groups, manifested through racial discrimination by law enforcement and disproportionate drug war misery suffered by communities of color) I smoke the dope it helps me focus on my wokeness (Through the use of licit substances, Dev is able to become aware (woke) to the realities faced by marginalized communities)

That’s certainly an interpretation! What if it’s just straight up cultural appropriation tho? Should white rappers other than Eminem, Beastie Boys, and Snow even be tolerated in our woke new world?

k so here is the chorus or maybe bridge. i would say place it once before the final verse but ultimately this will be up to whoever puts it together(i hope jorge). Then use again on repeat after final verse?? the verses on each side are just there to show the pace of how it fits. although i dont like the original recording of the final verse so if you want to use this one instead that would be cool. I can rerecord whatever is needed.
