so, we've been living near Seattle for a couple years now...we've always talked about going to one of the local casinos but never have..we're not gamblers..anyway, I took my wife to one yesterday for her birthday...we had a blast...she lost about $100 at the roulette table but I ended up winning just under $500 on a random slot machine...this morning we went for massages..

I actually feel better since I’ve stopped eating meat. Coincidentally, I started this journey in KC around this time last year.

i cut back a lot on meat the last few weeks

except costco accidentally included in my recent delivery two huge packs of bacon

so i am eating lots of bacon the last couple days

once we get back to Washington late next week our red consumption is halting the brakes as well. ..

on the way home from the sausage at the pub we stopped off and picked up some fresh Peruvian ceviche...so good

my wife and I have an appointment for massages today...I'm doing the 1 hour hands and feet...afterwards will pick up some Mexican food next door..
making a crockpot full of chili for the weekend...watching the masters the whole time..supposed to rain all weekend which is nice..wife has to fly to LA on Monday morning until next Friday...just me and the dog for 5 days
