I'm very surgical with my twitter usage, focusing on a few specific topics/communities. I anticipate virtually no changes for me personally.

The big question is how will mis/disinformation flow with transparency, no bots, but no active moderation?

im guessing you are going to receive a lot of tweets about rich people who dont want to pay taxes and why thats a good thing for the rest of the world

Verification for everyone - Dumb, don't care

Open-source the code - Don't care, not going to happen either.

Transparent algorithms - Meaningless, if it even happens.

Zero content moderation - Extremely bad idea, will probably work out well for everyone involved.

Take the company private - Don't care.
