I got asked to tattle on somebody once and wouldn't do it, but that's the closest I can remember. They definitely wanted to get rid of the person, but needed more reasons. That person was extremely incompetent and annoying and removing them from my office would've increased my quality of work life tremendously, but I can't tattle to management on a union sister. This was like ten years ago, one of my prouder moments
WTF man you are the problem with this country
Yes. Be proud you helped an “extremely incompetent” coworker keep her job. That’s what the workforce certainly needs.

I'd rather not say on the board. Bump the chat and I'll tell you there
The chat you deleted forever in a fit of rage?
Maybe don't continually threaten to punch me in the head a couple years after I got continually punched in the head. Stop bringing it up! You're the bad guy in this story!
Bitch, I'm not an Argo head punch historian. How was I to know? You overreacted bigly!

One of my colleagues at the factory got fired yesterday. I don't recall anything like that ever happening in my professional life before, a colleague being fired.
You’ve been working for … 15? 20? … however many years and NEVER had a colleague that got fired?
I can't think of any at the moment, no
You should come work for me or wease and you’ll see how it’s done
That employee I wrote up last week turned in her 2-week notice yesterday.
Do you let them fulfill the 2 weeks or just cut the cord now?

I let them. Sometimes they don’t make it and leave before.

Holy cow, my factory job is so much better since that one person got fired. I wish them the best and all, but I've liked my job much better the last week
