i've been "eating" a lot of smoothies the last week, so my poos have been less than ideal. after a weekend of eating consistent solid foods, i almost expected the Budweiser frogs standing on my poo in the toilet croaking at me

We've been away from home over Easter and have had to extend our stay away from home, checked in tonight at an unplanned AirBnB as my son looks to have covid and we can't afford for the wiffey to get sick before an appointment on Thursday. Had the most excellent home made chilli mussels, but my God did I destroy the toilet afterwards. Feeling pretty damn good now though.

We've taken to ordering weekly pressed juices delivered to our door. There's definitely a huge gut health upside to regular juice, and not having to have the mess and hassle of actually juicing yourself is both annoyingly expensive and yet also totally worth it.

Higgs are you worried anout your wife getting sick or just testing positive?
She is gearing up for post-cancer-surgery treatment which will certainly include radiation, possibly chemo. Just want to get her to Thursday's oncologist appointment well and ready to go, whatever they throw at her.
Its really just a timing thing right now - we can avoid it so we will.
