Thanks, first time for me, it's no joke. 48 hours of some intense body aches, fever. I think the shots and booster helped.

Got a few small stones out right after posting that. Took a few minutes but then had a mediocre log, but I definitely felt more emptied. Had a few more slivers and was done.

made a big pan of black beans w/fajita spices. been spooning that onto high fiber wraps all day. hoping these translate into nice poop tomorrow

i jazzed the beans up with sauteed onions, and in later rounds added salsa and cheese

overall pretty flavorful

i just hope the poop is robust

Dropped two very big logs right as I sat down. Felt a little more and only got a small rock sized one. The wiping was excessive, so I give this a 9.5/10.
