i just remembered that about a year ago today i got mega wasted on a bar crawl and badly smashed my tailbone and it took foreeeever to heal, at least 6-8 months... and am just now realizing i think it is totally healed bc i dont favor sitting a certain way anymore
prob took 10 months tbh
was not fun
lesson: don't get mega wasted on bar crawls
ok that's not really the lesson the lesson is: if you get mega wasted on a bar crawl and start dancing like your life depends on it try to keep at least 12 feet away from a wrought iron railing in case you do massive pirouettes and accidentally mash into one while grooving backward with reckless abandon

can identify based on the event the next day - i had to drive to NY for a memorial service and the entire ride i was brutally, brutally, brutally hungover and my ass felt like hot fire death from the injured tailbone
