The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I don't know if I mentioned this in a previous post, but I did a sleep study over a year ago and was given a referral for a CPAP. It took forever to finally get in touch with the referral, and get a machine. I've been using it for the last two weeks, and while it took a few days and trying different mask options, getting some quality sleep has really improved my late-afternoon sleepiness. I have a little more energy as well.
Edit: I guess I did mention it a few pages back. My bad.

Nice…so the mask was pretty distracting initially?
yes. at first, it was trying to get in a comfortable position (side sleeper) while ensuring the mask (covering my nose and mouth) was secured and had a good seal. Then I started getting skin irritation from the mask just under the bridge of my nose and had to swap it out for a different one that covered my mouth and sat under my nose. That one irritated my skin as well, so I turned it in for another full mask (nose and mouth), but with foam, and it's been great, with no issues.
It's likely the silicone directly on my skin was the problem.

Yeah that would have driven me nuts. I already have a hard enough time finding the right position. Glad it’s working out tho

My buddy has one that’s not so much a mask, but just goes into the nostrils.
