the rental agent agent called today..he started showing our California place yesterday and the 1st person wants it and will pay full price and write us a check for the entire year up front starting April 1...woot |

The entire year!? Do they have horrendous credit? They should just use that cash as a down payment for their own house and sell that in a year if they need to Damn, you richies live in a different world than mine |
