The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
there were some large trees they had removed which makes the natural light a bit better in the place
im not sure why im fixated on this place but i may just let it go
That’s what I mean, there’s nothing left. Looks kinda barren, no?
for sure. would have to plant some grass. maybe add some bushes. a stone walkway. flower bed. who knows. i think its all wishful thinking on my part as of right now

Peeps without knowing the specifics, I wonder if there’s a real estate flip angle here that might be more lucrative for you?
that is what it looks like (it is someone flipping the house)
i am probably going to do a drive by of it tonight and take a look. judging by the pics its a very solid house with the upgrades. my friend flips houses and that was his assessment

The entire year!? Do they have horrendous credit? They should just use that cash as a down payment for their own house and sell that in a year if they need to
Damn, you richies live in a different world than mine

yes they should definitely take on a 6.8% mortgage rate, closing fees, and the hassle of a purchase contract, plus roughly seven figures in debt, all to meet their goal of living in a new place for a single year.
