So … Mrs. Bam luckily got through to someone and long story short her passport arrived last week.
I happened to look something up about our trip and I noticed our flight arrives April 9 and our first hotel night is April 10. I made the same booking for my sister’s fam. Yikes. No rooms available in our hotel. We found another one like a mile away for the first night.
