How do people use the self checkouts where you're from? I don't think a family with groceries overflowing the cart should be tying up 1 of 4 self check out stations while people are lined up down the aisle.
I hate that. But also the groceries I go to often only have one checkout line open, so I get the desperation. But I’m consistently behind people who have way too much stuff (including produce), and don’t know how to use it

The only time I’ve seen anything like that was when they didn’t have any regular checkout lanes open. I had a small basket of 8-10 items when I got to the front and there were no lanes open. Everyone was using the self checkouts for buggy loads of groceries and the line of people waiting to use them was 10-12 deep. I just sat the basket down on the floor of one of the closed lanes and left.

Understandable.

Hatred is a strong word, but … these online videos where someone dresses up in two different outfits and has a conversation between the two characters.

Positive K did it best
Is that Reliant K’s brother?
No, Special’s brother.

Instagram recipe video posts and someone takes a bite of the food while looking straight into the camera. Then the quick cut to the fake “yummmmmm” reaction, usually emphatically pointing at the food and nodding their heads.

I hate when software designers know what you want and make you work to get it. Two examples:
I was just on a brewery website and clicked "Food Trucks," which opened a window that says, "for Food Trucks, visit our events page." How about YOU fucking open the events page, because you know that's what I want.
Spectrum's Roku app used to have you click left to get the guide, but they moved it to the right. Now if you click left, it doesn't do anything but open a window that says, "for the guide, click right." You didn't do anything with the god damned left click, and you KNOW I want the guide, so just open the god damned guide!!!!
