Trumpism resulted in a vetting process that put Moore up as the candidate. Trump and Bannon can't win elections because they can't select candidates, and that's the lesson here.

That's a great lesson. It says everything to republicans who have been scared of that crew. It says they can primary you, but it doesn't matter. They need you to win generals.

It's possible that Donald Trump just lost the presidency.

And this one too, probably. Lots of parallels to Brown/Coakley in 2010, which turned into a much bigger win for Dems a few years later with Warren.
