Running from reality does that to one's feet.

apparently they went after her on the flight as well:

If only there were some way for Sen. Sinema to make these unruly immigrants' feel their voices had been heard

Would you approve of a curt "I heard you, now fuck off"?

Oh I'd love it. But it wouldn't make them happy.

That's exactly what they want actually. They want her to react in anger so they can blast it on social media.

My take on these "protesters" is they are stalkers. You sneak into their place of work (that has nothing to do with the issue at hand) and then the bathroom, you have mental problems. You are a stalker. You get off on fear and intimidation in pursuit of revenge for what they feel is being wronged.

You are right. You can't expect the irrational to respond well to a rational response.

What I meant is they want a video like “Sinema berates Dreamer who just lost her grandfather on flight home from fundraiser”

Following her into the bathroom is a step too far, but confronting one of 100 senators in a public place to protest their stance or air your grievance is very much an American tradition. As long as there's no violence I don't see the issue. I get that some think it's in poor taste, but it's not wrong.

What is her official stance on immigration?

What do her actual constituents think about it?

Are they out of alignment?

Voted in line with Biden 100% of the time: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/bi ... en-sinema/

She backs the DREAM act: https://www.azmirror.com/2021/03/17/new ... obstacles/

The activists are trying to paint her as a racist

Don't you think it's possible their goal is to make her promise to vote in support of DACA?

It’s not in the reconciliation bill… errr…. “Human infrastructure” bill

They probably have never heard the term "useful idiot".

Edit: Plus, it's also the trendy binary view of politics. Either you're with AOC or you're with Trump. Sinema is not support the 3.5T recon bill, therefore she is MAGA.

I don't think they know what they want, but it doesn't help anyone's cause just to gotcha her for being mean.

They don’t want a gotcha of her being mean, they want a video of a middle aged blonde white woman yelling at a young brown skinned girl who is fighting for her family’s citizenship

That doesn't do anyone any good either. They have to know that.
