I guess the only difference I’d expect to see would be a disproportionate negative impact to the Chinese (via their mining companies).

It hasnt been around for long, but as far as I can tell crypto is roughly correlated with the stock market. It's not a hedge.

though it's generally viewed as a hedge because it's "immune to inflation." Obviously it gets more complicated the deeper you dive, but that's the theory anyway, and it seems to drive a lot of investors.

Yeah that's the popular theory, but I saw where someone pointed out that it wasn't really working out that way, and it looks like he was right.

I'll buy in at 20K but it'll probably take awhile.

Crypto violates the cosmic justice that informs us that people like this should not have access to $3.6 billion:

To make money on cryptocurrency, it is necessary to follow all world events. Every statement of an official or a big entrepreneur can negatively affect the value of crypto. I have been involved in cryptocurrency for a long time, and it brings me a good income. All buying and selling operations passed and made through an :finger: , and not for nothing. In fact, it is very convenient. Moreover, once, an experienced broker recommended me a currency that yielded three times more than my investment.
