i STILL say the Green Party, or any third party, has as much right to be on the ballot as the Dems and GOP. If the Dems can't wrestle Washington away from Trump's clutches because of the big, bad Green Party, then fuck 'em.

Of course they have a right to. That's not the point at all. The point is recognizing a common enemy, recognizing math, and deciding that you need to unite behind one front or you're stuck with the worst option.

i agree, but it's also easy for me to see the line of thoughts that goes "this shit will keep happening as long as we're stuck with a 2-party system."

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A man who registered as a Green Party candidate for Montana's U.S. Senate race was on the state Republican Party's payroll and heads a newly formed anti-tax group, according to a review of election documents.

That seems to be the viewpoint of the majority of Democrat voters, too, based on how these primaries are going.

Congrats to Republicans for pranking the media into acting like it’s some big party shift, though. Almost as effective as their effort to get every pundit talking about what a danger democrat support for Nancy Pelosi is while Jim Jordan runs for speaker.
