So Trump signs a $110B arms deal with Saudi Arabia, I presume so they can police the Middle East? I'm pretty confident this will come back to haunt us greatly down the road. |

Welcome back, thread! I wanted to resurrect this discussion because I don't think it fits squarely in the North Korea thread or the Trump thread, despite the discussions that have been going on during the last few days. What I'd like to know is: where do RMers stand on the utility, morality, and use of nucular weapons? Are there any cases in which you think the use of nuclear weapons is warranted or justifiable? Is there a difference between using nukes as a deterrent vs. as a weapon in an already staged war? Are you comfortable with all of the nations in the world that have nukes? Would you be comfortable if any other nations had nukes? Let us know! |
