Russian "interests" have long been large shareholders in facebook.

Among Sibur’s key owners are Kirill Shamalov, Putin’s son-in-law, and Gennady Timchenko, a billionaire the U.S. government sanctioned in 2014 because of his links to Putin. Sibur is a major customer of Navigator, paying the company more than $23 million in 2016.

When he joined Trump’s Cabinet, Ross divested his interests in 80 companies. But he kept stakes in nine companies, including the four that connect him to Navigator and its Russian clients."

if they can establish a link between some kind of boost in payments to that firm then i could see cause for concern

but if not i doubt $23MM in revenue to a portfolio company of his that probably represents less than 1% of his wealth would influence him

that's assuming that he is even aware that he owns this piece of this company and who its customers are

at a point when you are a billionaire other people manage your money for you
