Front page of Fox News isn't trying to sugarcoat this at all. Breitbart is different, positioning the losing GOP establishment pols as part of the "swamp."

This will be interesting to watch unfold. Republicans will now see Trump loyalty as essential to avoiding getting primaried, but unsurvivably damaging to Election Day voter turnout. They'll be hungry for a chance to reform their image with educated and noneducated voters alike, and will want to respond to 'loss of healthcare' fears being a major motivator last night, but will need more than ever to pass this tax bill so they don't lose their donors. Big donor money is just about all they have left.
So, you can't survive the primary without showing love for and associating yourself with dear leader, but 98% of the people who said Trump was a factor in their vote last night voted Democrat. You may want to reform your image on topics like the middle class and healthcare, but half of your colleagues do not, your president does not, and the tax plan your essential donors want passed does not.

“The thing that irritates me to no end is this NFL shit,” Schilling told me in her living room. “I’m about ready to go over the top with this shit. We do not watch no NFL now.” They’re Dallas Cowboys fans. “We banned ‘em. We don’t watch it.”
Schilling looked at her husband, Dave McCabe, who’s 67 and a retired high school basketball coach. She nodded at me. “Tell him,” she said to McCabe, “what you said the NFL is …”
McCabe looked momentarily wary. He laughed a little. “I don’t remember saying that,” he said unconvincingly.
Schilling was having none of it. “You’re the one that told me, liar,” she said.

The NFL?
“Niggers for life,” Schilling said.
“For life,” McCabe added.
Jesus. The balls on people. And of course they're retired. Just move to Florida and be done with it, you old fucks.
