****starts application for British citizenship****
Ehh I'd do some reading on that before you apply. Brits are abandoning that ship in droves.
We've done a ton of research. We've been thinking about it for years.
By the time we get approved and move, we'll likely know some of the ramifications of Brexit.
Shit food worse weather awful people. France Germany Spain Portugal or Italy. Better quality of life by far and cheaper by far. I'd look at those before deciding on Britain.
Language could be a problem though. Btw I love spending time in the UK.
Nah. Just speak english really loud.
It's what I do when I don't know the language, but you also need work.
Translator for American tourists?
A translator must be really good at languages. But if you are, that’s a cool job.
Come to Norway. I have friends here that only speak English, and they still have jobs.
Tell me more about this please
One guy is a Canadian. He first got a job here as an event booker and co-ordinator. He stayed for a year, and on the very last weekend he met one of my best friends at a party. Obviously they had an extremely short time together before he left, but somehow over time they managed to create a relationship out of it, and have dated for seven years now. They travelled back and forth between here and Canada for a while, with her staying there for about two years all in all, and them also spending some time apart. However, they have now lived in Norway for a couple of years. He first got his old job back, then moved on to another. He still doesn't know Norwegian. I consider him one of my closest friends now, and we hang out regularly.
A friend/co-worker of mine (at the time) met a guy in Seattle when she was studying there, and they got married. She insisted on moving back here. I don't keep up with them as much as the other couple, but he works for TGI Friday's, and have only ever spoken English that I have seen.
There are lots more. In Oslo it's not uncommon to be served at a bar or restaurant, and the person only knows English. Of course there are office jobs as well, like my friend above (and others I know). But it depends on the type of work, and the type of company. Anything is possible, especially with the right qualifications or connections.

Well, family is one of the main reasons for moving there. Two brothers in Nottingham and one in Galway, Ireland.
Ireland is not in the U.K. But you know that I'm sure. Galway is a great town though.

When you're riding the wild waves of Alex Jones' mania, having yourself a good laugh, and then the sentence ends horribly.

“It’s the 100-year anniversary of the Bolshevik revolution, and the literal grandchildren of the folks that financed the Bolshevik revolution out of New York and London are now bragging and saying ‘Bolshevik Two’ is launching,” the InfoWars founder told his 3 million-odd fans (who include the president of the United States).

He's probably suggesting it's related to the Antifa November 4th thing, but it's stretch to think this guy was part of that.
