The ID of all the CIA assets in China/ Iran? Bad comms practice of that agency.
The hacking tools in vault whatchamahuey? Not clear how that leaked, allegedly disgruntled former employee, who knows.
The idea that he wasn't at least a little bit trying to whistle blow on a stupid and useless program is a bit confusing. Probably could have gotten a bigger payday with the Chinese.
He provided more useful info to the US than whatsherface did, who threw in a bunch of diplomatic cables that were of no domestic utility.
